Association EduKino

Located in San Luis Potosí, México, EudKino is an emergent cultural association whose principal aim is the establishment and development of cinematic education in schools and colleges throughout México, using models established by long running Cinema, Cent ans de Jeunesse project from the Cinémathèque Française.
Working with cultural establishments and local government within the city, Edukino plans to organize workshops following the CCAJ model: Class-time screenings; an activity programme to accompany the Cinemafest Festival; educational workshops in the craft of filmmaking and much more.

La Cineteca Nacional de México

The Cineteca Nacional de México opened its doors on the 17th of January, 1974, showing Fernando Fuentes’ El Compadre Mendoza from 1933. Ever since the start of its existence its two central aims have been:

• To promote both national and global filmic heritage
• To promote film culture throughout México

Vision : To consolidate itself as the principal film archive in the country, and to be one of the most significant international film archives, through working with national and international institutions that contribute to the rescue, preservation, research, promotion and dissemination the cinematic heritage of México and the world. Institutional objective : To share the considerable quality of national and international cinematic programming on offer at the Cineteca Nacional with all audiences.
